• A minimum of seven years work experience.
• An average of 15 years work experience, typically with 25% of the class having over 20 years.

Your Class Size

In the Ivey Executive MBA program, we keep our class size small in order to provide you with a powerful and intimate learning experience. There are typically 50 to 55 participants per class, each carefully selected for their unique combination of work experience, personal potential, academic, and professional qualifications.

Each class is broken down into smaller learning teams which allows participants to benefit from a cornerstone of the case study method - every student is also a teacher.
